Testimonials from MAISi Customers
From the Icon Cancer Foundation
At Icon Cancer Foundation our main objective is to give cancer patients access to new cancer treatments by means of clinical trials. We aim to develop a sustainable comprehensive integrated clinical trials portfolio enabling us to become one of the leading providers of clinical trials in the private sector in Australia. A ranking of our priorities flagged the need for an e-health Platform to operationally manage and financially support our clinical trials portfolio as we believed we were consistently under-recovering our study entitlements.
After conducting research into available software options, we decided to install the MAISI software and went live with the end-to-end package in November 2016. We have not looked back since. Not only have we recovered our initial capital outlay; we are now on top of managing patient flow, clinical staff workloads and reaping the financial rewards this tool offers. The dedicated Agile Health team has been wonderfully responsive to further requests for product updates, and worked hand-in-hand with us from the beginning. We are so pleased we chose MAISI as our dedicated clinical trials site management software partner.

From the Andrew Love Cancer Centre
I have not had extensive experience of MAISi however so far my general impression is very positive and it seems to be very user-friendly and intuitive to work around. I love the functionality of the software and the data it captures. You can tell that it has been designed by people that know and understand how clinical trials are managed and your experience is obvious in the design and set up. I really like the way that data can be exported and that you have control over the data entered and can run reports and capture metrics on practically everything you have input. The support I have received has been first class and I really could not fault your customer service and adaptability is being open to practically any
request to further develop and improve the package and functionality even from an individual site perspective.
As for why we went for MAISi it was mainly down to an exhaustion locally of multiple systems in place and requiring several programs to capture all the data, This led to frustration among staff as well as a lack of efficiency, and while it is still early days and we are yet to roll out the package exclusively, I am incredibly confident that this is the answer to many of these issues and will be an extremely beneficial step towards increasing our productivity and staff education in the processes and management of trials.
